From the only records I have available, as of September 30, 2007: Checking Account: $1,284.00 “Special Fund” (assessed for Litigation purposes against Rick Happ): $4,310.00 No other assets exist except uncollected dues of $900.00 No Emergency Fund exists for Road Maintenance, yet a 'Special Fund' exists for litigation against Rick Happ! Only sick minds would keep a special fund on hand year after year after a signed court settlement just to sue Rick Happ again. It appears that after being unsuccessful in the first lawsuit, the HOA has been waiting for a better chance with something else. The 'Special Fund' should have been returned to the membership equally divided as assessed after the settlement and the expenses were settled. Back to Home Page
